Whoever you are, there’s a place for you and a part for you in CityHeart.
Wesley CityHeart is incredibly diverse community: people of different ages and backgrounds and walks of life. We’re professionals and entrepreneurs and people experiencing homelessness. Seniors and singles and families with kids. We come from all around Sydney and from all around the world. What brings us together and holds us together is our shared call to love one another and to love our city.
We believe that Jesus is transforming the world as it is into the world as it should be, and he’s calling all of us to take our part in that with him.
Watch this short introduction to Wesley CityHeart from Rev. Dr Rick Dacey.
Connect with us.
Life is better together. Here’s some ways to make connections.
Fellowship
Connect and fellowship together over afternoon tea after every Sunday service.
We have weekly gatherings around the word of God and would love for you to get connected.
Prayer
We are passionate about the power of prayer and would love to pray for you. If you are in need of prayer or pastoral care we would love for you to get connected.
Street and Study Reflections
Rev Rick Dacey, Wesley Mission’s Senior Minister, is one of the leaders of the CityHeart community. Here Rick shares street and study reflections as part of his Morning Cuppa series.
Word & Deed
The Wesley CityHeart community is passionate about the Word and deed ministry of Wesley Mission. Many of us are actively engaged in Wesley Mission’s street level ministry among marginalised people during the week. We also take part in serving our community in other ways, including active involvement in Wesley Mission’s gambling reform advocacy, volunteering in our suicide prevention work, providing practical support for children in care and helping lonely people to find belonging.
We believe that Jesus is leading us take part in his big unfolding story: transforming the world as it is to the world as it should be. And we believe that he has a place and a part for you in that amazing story.
