Wesley CityHeart is incredibly diverse community: people of different ages and backgrounds and walks of life. We’re professionals and entrepreneurs and people experiencing homelessness. Seniors and singles and families with kids. We come from all around Sydney and from all around the world. What brings us together and holds us together is our shared call to love one another and to love our city.
We believe that Jesus is transforming the world as it is into the world as it should be, and he’s calling all of us to take our part in that with him.

Word & Deed
The Wesley CityHeart community is passionate about the Word and deed ministry of Wesley Mission. Many of us are actively engaged in Wesley Mission’s street level ministry among marginalised people during the week. We also take part in serving our community in other ways, including active involvement in Wesley Mission’s gambling reform advocacy, volunteering in our suicide prevention work, providing practical support for children in care and helping lonely people to find belonging.
We believe that Jesus is leading us take part in his big unfolding story: transforming the world as it is to the world as it should be. And we believe that he has a place and a part for you in that amazing story.

We have an amazing team of Pastors and staff. Come and say hi at one of our weekly gatherings.
Since July 2012, my role as Senior Minister has led me to connect with every corner of Wesley Mission, with people in leadership and at the coalface of our community services and congregations. Wesley Mission is a uniquely shaped church, and my role helps us discover what shape God has for our mission in this generation. It’s a tremendous privilege to be part of a church where every day, God’s kingdom values are lived out in tangible ways, seen through the lives and communities transformed.
I responded to God’s call to ministry in 1992 in New Zealand, when I was just 21 years old. I felt led to become a minister because of the great commandment (to love for God and others) and the great commission (to go and make disciples).
After five years serving as a minister for Wesley Mission, I now lead our Wesley Praise & Preaching Congregation, support Wesley CityHeart Congregation and minister at Wesley Connect. I believe my role is to preach the Word, and empower people to use their gifts to build God’s Kingdom. Before Wesley Mission, I led Sutherland Uniting for 10 years. Born in Tonga, my wife and we have five children.
I have my Bachelor of Ministry, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Theology and Master of Theology, Doctor of Ministry. I’m also a Professional Supervisor for Australasian Association of Supervision.
Hi I am Siska, I was born in Indonesia and move to Australia to study. I’m passionate about Jesus and trying to live the way he wants me to live day by day. I am currently working as a Pastoral Practitioner for Wesley Connect. I started working for Wesley Connect on ground floor ministry since August 2023. My role is providing administration support, to lead the team of volunteers, provide pastoral care to all ground floor guests. Outside of work, I love to volunteer at my local church. I am passionate about the church and its ability to impact lives in a positive way and give people an opportunity to know Christ.

The Wesley Church is located on the Ground floor of the Wesley Mission building in Pitt St.

Access parking here
Secure Parking, 137 Castlereagh Street, Sydney
Parking on Sundays is a flat rate of $15.00.
To enter and exit the parking area, you will need to tap your credit card at the boom gate terminal. Secure Parking does not accept cash payments.
By train
The Wesley Centre is just a 5 min walk from Town Hall Station and St James Station.
By bus
We are located just a short walk from Queen Victoria Building bus interchange.
